How to change the piston and guide Disassembly

1. Lift the end of th e annular spring and rotate tow ard t he top of th e tool. Pull th e stop back and out t o remove it.

Separate th e baseplate f rom th e piston sleeve.

Incli ne the baseplate and th e gu ide wi ll slide out. NOTE: If it does not slide out freely , push it out of the baseplate w it h t he piston .

Pry off t he shear cl ip w it h the point of a fastener. If th e shear cl ip is damaged, it must be replaced.

Insert th e guid e int o th e baseplate. The guide groove in th e assem bly must be aligned w it h th e opening fo r th e sto p on th e t ool.

Push th e piston into th e end of th e piston sleeve.
11. Replace th e sto p and rot ate th e annular spring over it to hold it in place.
